Constanza Conde

Constanza Conde serves as the Inclusive Growth Managing Director at BBVA in Mexico since June 2021, overseeing the Sustainability program. Concurrently, Constanza holds the position of Lead UX & Design at BBVA Bancomer since August 2018, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams to guide project strategy. Additionally, Constanza is a Design Ops Manager and a professor at Universidad Iberoamericana, focusing on integral design. Previous roles include UX Manager at Liverpool, where strategies were designed to align business innovation with user needs, and UI-Product Designer at Grupo Expansión, contributing to web design and interactive product development. Constanza has a diverse educational background, holding degrees in Sustainable Development, Leadership and Management, Strategic Design, Interactive Design, and additional studies at the University of San Francisco.
