Laura Canizares

Laura Canizares has extensive experience in the fields of human resources, auditing, and project management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Cross Principal Manager and previously as Senior Manager Business Execution at BBVA since April 2011, Laura focuses on performance evaluation and risk identification within banking systems. Prior to BBVA, Laura worked at Endesa from June 2008 to April 2011, initially as an Infrastructure Project Manager overseeing technical direction and project execution, and later as a Business Consultant involved in various telecommunication and innovation projects. Earlier in career, Laura gained experience as an Antenna Engineer at Flextronics, developing antenna projects for mobile and computer companies. Educational background includes a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and studies at Chalmers University of Technology.
