Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as Propietario at AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana holds the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutrióloga at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
