Pablo Martín

Pablo Martín serves as the Global Head of Inclusive Growth and Sustainability Capabilities at BBVA since October 2022, following a role as Global Head of Inclusive Growth, HR, and Data in Sustainability. Since July 2019, Pablo has also been the Head of Human Resources (CHRO) at BBVA en México. Prior board memberships include Fundación BBVA México and BBVA Axial Tech from July 2019 to November 2022. Pablo's extensive career at BBVA began in February 2003, with various executive roles, ultimately leading to Global Head of IT Strategy & Control. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Accenture from February 1996 to February 2003. Pablo earned a degree from Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de Salamanca.
