Pascual Diego, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate and investment banking, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Strategy for Credit Markets at BBVA, where responsibilities include guiding business development and optimizing capacities within the Capital Markets division. Previously, Pascual held multiple leadership roles at BBVA, including Global Head of Capital Markets Data Strategy and Global Head of FX Strategy, significantly contributing to revenue growth and operational excellence. Prior to BBVA, Pascual was a Jr. Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, specializing in wholesale and personal banking, and held strategic positions at CDTI and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
