Jonathan Schwartz

Jonathan Schwartz has a strong background in real estate and business development. Jonathan is currently serving as the Vice President of Real Estate and Business Development at both IT'SUGAR and BBX Capital, where they are responsible for leading strategic initiatives in these areas. Prior to this, Jonathan held positions as the Assistant Vice President of Real Estate and Business Development at both companies. At BBX Capital, they also served as the Senior Director of Real Estate and Development and the Director of Construction.

Before their roles at IT'SUGAR and BBX Capital, Jonathan worked at Broward College as the AVP of Operations Planning, Real Estate. In this role, they led real estate development initiatives and facilitated public-private partnerships to generate ongoing revenue for the college. Jonathan was also successful in optimizing space utilization to save the college millions of dollars.

Jonathan's career began at AutoNation, where they held multiple positions in construction and development. As a Construction and Development Manager, they executed automotive retail renovations nationwide and managed various aspects of the projects. Jonathan also served as a Project Supervisor, overseeing numerous renovation and repair projects and negotiating agreements for a large leased property portfolio. Additionally, Jonathan started their career at AutoNation as a Real Estate Analyst.

Jonathan Schwartz attended the UCF College of Business from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Florida Atlantic University from 2007 to 2008 and obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business and Finance.
