Randi Diamond

Randi Diamond is a seasoned professional in customer service and educational program management with a strong background in the Jewish community. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Specialist at BBYO since July 2018, Randi previously held various roles at BBYO Passport, including Assistant Director, where recruitment efforts led to 1,000 participants in the 2019 travel season. Randi's experience also includes managing school operations for over 600 students at Temple Beth El Of Boca Raton, contributing to program development and administrative functions. Additionally, Randi has held leadership positions within the BBYO Gold Coast Region, creating programming for over 600 teens and managing a substantial budget. Randi holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
