Brett Palmer

Brett Palmer is a seasoned professional in real property valuation and appraisal, currently serving as a Senior Appraiser - Supervisor for Specialized Cost Properties at BC Assessment since May 2012. In this role, Brett supervises a virtual team of appraisers across British Columbia and oversees the valuation of various specialized properties, including airports, universities, stadiums, ski hills, ferry terminals, and telecommunication towers. With extensive experience in various property types, including office buildings, industrial sites, and agricultural land, Brett has also contributed to municipal operations as a Recreation Facility Operator for the City of White Rock since September 2003. Previous roles include Workforce Coordinator for VANOC and Corporate Recruiter at Impark. Brett holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia and degrees in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
