Christina Randle

Christina Randle, MBA, RI, AScT, serves as the Manager of Assessment Appeals at BC Assessment since April 2007, where responsibilities include oversight of high-profile real estate appeals, advising valuation managers on legal and policy implications, and developing corporate strategies for real estate valuation appeals. Previous roles at BC Assessment include Deputy Assessor for both the Provincial and Regional Business Units, as well as for the Greater Vancouver Region, where significant teams and large portfolios were managed. A background in mechanical and engineering technology was established through positions at Linden Fabricating and FMC of Canada Ltd. Christina's educational qualifications comprise an MBA in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics from the University of Cumbria, an Urban Land Economics degree from The University of British Columbia, and an Engineering Design Technology diploma from the College of New Caledonia.
