Donella Robb has a diverse work experience spanning various finance and technology roles. Donella most recently served as the Associate Director of Finance & Technology Enablement at BC Cancer Foundation, where they managed budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, as well as IT infrastructure and security projects. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Finance & Technology Enablement at the same organization, where they oversaw database administration and supported staff transitioning to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Donella also worked as the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Fund Accountant at BC Cancer Foundation. Before joining BC Cancer Foundation, they worked as a Finance Manager at the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation on a contract basis. Donella's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Accountant and Finance Manager at the University of British Columbia, where they provided financial analysis and managed accounting staff. Donella also worked as an Accountant/Accounting Clerk at the Fraser River Port Authority.
Donella Robb holds a UBC Certificate in Project Management from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Donella also has a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Certified General Accountants of BC, which they earned from 2011 to 2014. Donella attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2013. Donella completed the CGA Professional Program from 1999 to 2006 at the Certified General Accountants Association. Additionally, they have a Master's Degree in MMus (Performance) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree in BMus (Performance) from The University of British Columbia. Donella also holds additional certifications in bCFE (Blackbaud Certified in Financial Edge) from Blackbaud in 2017 and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified General Accountant (CGA) from CPA-BC in 2006.
