Pia Collins currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Science World British Columbia, where responsibilities include driving the strategic direction of human resources and leading organizational change management. With over 20 years of expertise, Pia has held various leadership roles, including Human Resources, Change Management, Cultural Development, and Talent Management Specialist. Previous positions include Executive Director of People & Culture at Coast Hotels & Resorts and Acting Vice President of Human Resources at Matrix Asset Management. Pia's experience spans consulting, talent development, and cultural transformation across numerous organizations. Education includes completion of the Executive Education Strategic Leadership Program at the UBC Sauder School of Business.
