Micko Rada

Micko Rada is a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at BCNET since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing backend infrastructure for multiple FortiSIEM clusters and providing support for a standalone FortiSIEM instance. Previously, Micko held the position of Cyber Security Analyst I, conducting investigations and assisting in incident resolutions with various security tools. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Technician Assistant at Burnaby School District - SD41 from March to June 2019. Micko is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in December 2025, and has completed multiple courses at SANS Technology Institute. Earlier education includes a Diploma in Industrial Network Cybersecurity from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, earned between 2019 and 2021.
