Juan Rubio

Juan Rubio currently serves as the US Tax Director at BC Partners since April 2024. Previously, Juan worked as a Senior Tax Director at Alvarez & Marsal from February 2020 to April 2024, and as a Tax Director specializing in M&A at PwC from May 2018 to February 2020. Juan's career also includes roles as AVP of Global Tax Strategy at The Blackstone Group and Senior Tax Associate in M&A at PwC. Earlier experience includes a position as Staff Accountant at Zorfas & Kafesjian CPAs PC. Juan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York Law School and both a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College.
