John Horn

John Horn, M.M. M.A. is currently the Director, Performance and Talent Development at BC Pension Corporation, one of the largest pension service providers in Canada. John is also the Co-Founder and Principal at The Potentiality, focusing on building healthy communities in work and life. With a background in career counseling and development, John has also served as a Board Member at CERIC and as a Director at Vancity. John has experience in managing learning and development teams, leading career development programs, and advocating for workplace mental health. John has a strong educational background with degrees in Co-operative Business, History, and certifications in Workplace Mental Health Leadership.
