Nicole Doiron

Nicole Doiron, MBA, CPHR has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and leadership. Nicole is currently working at BC Transit as the Director of People and Culture Services, where they provide strategic guidance and oversees the organization's HR functions. Prior to this, they held roles within BC Transit as the Program Manager for HCM, HR Consultant for Organizational Development, and Talent Management Advisor.

Before joining BC Transit, Nicole worked as an Instructor at Camosun College in 2018. Nicole also gained valuable experience at Nova Scotia Power, where they served as the Manager of HR Data and Integration, specializing in HR systems and project management.

Nicole also worked as a Trade Officer for Global Affairs Canada, specifically within the Canadian Trade Commission in New Zealand, where they conducted research and supported Canadian businesses.

Nicole Doiron, MBA, CPHR has a strong educational background in business administration, human resources, and cooperative education. Nicole obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on HR and Co-operative Education from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2005. Following that, they pursued a Certificate in Human Resources from Holland College in 2005. Later, they completed their MBA in Business Administration from Saint Mary's University in 2011. Nicole also holds additional certifications, including the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2022, and an HR Certificate from Holland College.
