Nicole obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on HR and Co-operative Education from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2005. Following that, they pursued a Certificate in Human Resources from Holland College in 2005. Later, they completed their MBA in Business Administration from Saint Mary's University in 2011. Nicole also holds additional certifications, including the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2022, and an HR Certificate from Holland College.
