Audrey Tarter

Audrey Tarter, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at T2 Systems, where responsibilities include developing and executing the talent strategy aligned with the company's strategic direction. Prior to this role, Audrey held positions at National Instruments, progressing from Director to Senior Director of HRBP for Global Operations, where leadership support was provided for a newly established organization. Audrey's experience at AMD as a Senior HR Business Partner included supporting key business units, while earlier roles at Horace Mann and USAA focused on talent management and HR solutions for diverse leadership teams. Audrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has pursued postgraduate work at St. Mary's University.
