Jose Serrano

Jose Serrano has extensive experience in performance expertise and management, currently serving as the Responsable Territoire Nord/IDF & Est at BCA Expertise since July 1999. In this role, Jose manages a team of 11 performance expertise leaders across two territories and oversees units of approximately 15 experts each. Previous positions at BCA include leading performance expertise units, providing transversal support to agency managers, and overseeing technical results across several agencies. Jose began their career as an expert stagiaire at cabinet d'expertise Dubois. Educational qualifications include a Licence in management and project management from ISC Paris, as well as various technical diplomas in automotive technology. Jose obtained certification in Voltaire in 2019.
