Jason Coole

Jason Coole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and product management. Currently serving as the Lead Product Service Delivery Manager at BCA UK since May 2023, Jason previously held the position of Head of Delivery at absolutelabs from August 2022 to May 2023. At Landmark Information, Jason worked from June 2015 to November 2022, contributing as a Service Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, and Service Management Office Manager. In these roles, Jason collaborated with various stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, ensuring successful implementation across Test, UAT, and Production environments. Earlier experience includes a Senior role at KCOM from September 2009 to June 2015.
