Neil Isaacs

Neil Isaacs is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving operations and transformation within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Operations - Transformation at BCA UK since January 2021, Neil is responsible for overseeing the transformation and delivery functions, ensuring alignment with business strategies. Previously, as the Head of Platform Modernisation, Neil focused on creating sustainable and secure platform initiatives. During tenure at BCA Fleet Solutions Limited from July 2016 to January 2021, Neil led IT operations across various functions and held significant leadership roles, including Head of IT Operations and IT Infrastructure Manager. Earlier positions included Group IT Infrastructure Manager at Paragon Automotive Group and Technical Analyst at QEK Global Solutions. Education was completed at Sponne School.
