Jennifer Kauffman

Jennifer Kauffman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and project execution across various sectors, including construction and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Project Executive at BCC Construction since May 2021, Jennifer acts as a liaison between corporate and field operations while managing daily operations for the Purchasing Department. Previous roles include Business Operations & Facilities Manager for a non-profit organization, Project Manager for NASA's Mobile Launcher at Millennium Engineering and Integration, and Project Administrator at Vencore Inc., where the focus was on multidisciplinary engineering systems. Jennifer's career also includes managerial positions in electrical contracting and waste management, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Everglades University.
