Geetha Shikari

Geetha Shikari is an experienced Human Resources professional with significant expertise in managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at BCC UNITED since November 2020, Geetha has previously held positions such as Manager HR at ComTec Information Systems and CTE Global Solutions, as well as HR Manager roles at Systel and Sita Corp. With a solid foundation built through experience at Infotech Global Inc. and LGS Global Ltd, Geetha specializes in multiple HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Geetha holds a Master of Business Administration in HR from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad.
