Daniel Lorence is a seasoned construction professional with significant experience in project management and site supervision. Currently serving as Superintendent at BCCI Construction since February 2022, Daniel has overseen high-profile projects including the renovation of Google’s 121 Spear building and Stanford AMC Clinic. Previously, as Assistant Superintendent at Plant Construction Company, Daniel managed diverse projects such as the UCSF Clinical Science Building and Kaiser Center, where responsibilities included site logistics, scheduling, and coordination with various stakeholders. Daniel’s career began as a Project Engineer with Cahill Contractors and other firms, accumulating expertise in RFI management, scheduling, and construction oversight. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
