Roger Moore

Roger Moore is an experienced construction professional specializing in healthcare project oversight and business development. Currently serving as Studio Director for BCCI Construction since May 2022, Roger previously held roles as Project Executive and Preconstruction Executive at XL Construction, where responsibilities included managing significant healthcare projects and overseeing large-scale initiatives. Roger's expertise was further honed as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at Pankow Builders, contributing to critical hospital constructions in San Francisco. With a diverse background that includes management positions in various construction and manufacturing companies, Roger has demonstrated strong leadership in operations, project management, and business development across multiple sectors. Roger holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from UC San Diego and has pursued a PhD in International Relations at the University of South Carolina.
