Colton Chance has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Colton began their career in 2012 in the US Navy, where they served as a Master-at-Arms and was responsible for providing security for valuable assets and training personnel in various security measures. Following their military service, Colton worked at the City of Grain Valley from 2016 to 2018, where they performed maintenance duties for park facilities and grounds. In 2018, they transitioned into sales as an Outside Sales representative at Metal Panels Inc., managing the entire Midwest territory and focusing on building customer relationships and maximizing sales. Colton then joined Chad Mitchell State Farm as an Insurance Producer in 2018, where they cultivated strong customer relationships and planned advertising campaigns. In 2020, they became a Project Manager at MAR Building Solutions, overseeing the construction process and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Currently, Colton is a Project Manager at BCCM Construction Group, collaborating with engineers, architects, and owners to exceed client expectations and ensure bid accuracy.

Colton Chance has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Colton completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management at Northwest Missouri State University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Metropolitan Community College-Business & Technology from 2016 to 2018.

Colton is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northwest Missouri State University, which they started in 2021 and is still ongoing.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Colton has obtained various certifications related to project management and construction management. Colton is Procore Certified in several areas, including Project Manager (Core Tools), Project Manager (Financial Management), Project Manager (Quality & Safety), Project Manager (Resource Management), Project Manager (Project Management), and Project Manager at GC (Preconstruction), obtained from Procore Technologies in 2022. Colton has also completed LinkedIn courses in Construction Management, including Introduction to Lean Construction, Planning and Scheduling, and Reading Drawings & Specifications, in 2020. Furthermore, Colton holds an OSHA 10 certification from the US Department of Labor OSHA, obtained in 2020.
