Jorge Cruz is the EVP of Global Sales and Marketing at BCD Travel USA LLC. Prior to this, they were the VP of BCD Travel's West Division from January 1996 to December 2006. In this role, they were responsible for the operational and account management of Fortune 500 corporate clients, driving more than $300 million in air volume.

Cruz has a focus on growing sales and profitability while providing leadership in business development, financial and operations management. Jorge has also been aggressive in promoting a culture of superior employee performance to drive continuing improvement in customer and employee satisfaction. Some performance benchmarks achieved under their leadership include retaining more than 96% of the client base year over year, delivering an average of more than $1M in annual savings to each corporate customer, and markedly improving customer satisfaction while improving BCD’s ROI by more than 600%. Additionally, they successfully lowered BCD’s operating expenses by implementing a global offshore service offering.

Jorge Cruz has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from School and a degree in Travel Management from Southeastern Travel Academy.

Jorge Cruz reports to John Snyder, President and CEO, BCD Travel. A direct report to Jorge Cruz is and Rolando Robles - VP, Sales & Marketing, Latin America. They are on a team with Ajay Singh - VP, Digital Payment and Expense, Mike Janssen - Global Chief Operating Officer & Chief Commercial Officer, and Miriam Moscovici - VP, Partnerships & Research.
