Chip Herold

Chip Herold has had a extensive career in the travel industry. Chip started working for FPT Travel Mgmt Group in 1992 as the Vice President of Automation. In 1994, they joined WorldTravel BTI where they held various roles, including Director of GDS Operations and Vice President of the New England Division. In the same year, Chip also joined BCD Travel as the Senior Director of the Affiliate Program. Chip later became the Sr. Director of Technology and Agency Operations for the Affiliate program and eventually became the Vice President of the same program. Throughout their career, Chip has gained expertise in evaluating and utilizing technology solutions in the travel industry to meet customer needs and gain a corporate edge.

Chip Herold attended McConnell Travel School in 1980, where they studied the Travel Industry. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1980, they pursued Music and Theater at Augsburg University. Chip completed their high school education at Osceola High School from 1973 to 1977, earning their graduate certificate. Additionally, Chip has obtained various certifications in subjects such as Building Optimism for Performance and Well-Being, The Art of Connection, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, Enhancing Your Productivity, Leading without Formal Authority, Managing for Results, and Setting Team and Employee Goals.
