Donna Lehman

Donna Lehman has extensive experience in the travel industry. Donna started their career in 1986 at United Airlines, where they worked in reservations, assisting travelers with reservations and providing customer service. In 1988, they joined Going Places Travel as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for day-to-day agency operations and employee development.

In 1994, Donna moved to BCD Travel, first as Vice President of Account Management and later as Vice President of Operations and Account Management. In these roles, they managed a team with a client portfolio in the Southeast, overseeing P&L management, budgeting, client retention, staff development, and profitability. Donna held the position until 2010.

In 2012, Donna became a Board Member of the Georgia Business Travel Association, serving until 2013. Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated a strong understanding of the industry and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Donna Lehman obtained an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University in 2018-2019. In 1985-1986, they completed a program in Tourism and Travel Services Management at The Boyd School. Prior to that, they attended Valley View Highschool. Additionally, Donna has obtained various certifications including "Avoiding Burnout" and "Managing Your Time" from LinkedIn, as well as "Top 5 Speed Reading Tips" from LinkedIn. Donna also completed the "Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills" program from Scotwork.
