Kendra Cassels

Kendra Cassels has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Solutions Enablement at BCD Travel within the Life Sciences Center of Excellence since August 2013. Prior roles at BCD Travel include Senior Manager of Event Marketing and Manager of Strategic Communications, along with starting as a Management Associate. Kendra's earlier experience includes a fellowship with the Association of Corporate Travel Executives and project management at AlliedPRA Destination Management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Marketing from Queen's University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management from Humber College. Additional education includes an international exchange program at KU Leuven and a high school diploma from Havergal College.
