Matthew Costello has extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Operations for Europe at BCD Travel since October 2010. Prior roles at BCD Travel include Director of Strategic Operations for EU Processes, Senior Product Manager focusing on Amadeus & EMEA Special Fares, and various other management positions, showcasing a strong background in operations and product delivery. Prior to BCD Travel, Matthew worked as a Travel Coordinator at Connaught Partnerships and as a Customer Service/Operations Manager at Flydeals.co.uk. Education was obtained at Driffield School from 1988 to 1993.
