Angelina Toscani

Angelina Toscani has a strong background in human resources and operations, with a focus on talent management and recruitment. Angelina currently holds the position of Global Human Resources & Operations Director at BCG BrightHouse, where they have been working since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the EMESA Head of HR Operations and Head of HR Berlin at BCG BrightHouse from January 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining BCG BrightHouse, Angelina worked at BCG Digital Ventures as a People and Talent Manager from October 2017 to July 2018 and as a Recruiting Manager from June 2014 to September 2017. Angelina also has experience working at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they held roles such as Marketing Specialist and Director of the educational initiative business@school.

Angelina's career in human resources began at Seminarzentrum Göttingen GmbH & Co. KG, where they worked as a Trainee and Project Manager in Recruiting and Learning and Development from March 2007 to September 2008. Throughout their career, Angelina has demonstrated expertise in various areas of HR and has proven to be a valuable asset in driving talent management initiatives.

Angelina Toscani attended The University of Göttingen from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Social Sciences.
