Katie Lindley

Katie Lindley has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Katie currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition and HR Senior Specialist at BCG BrightHouse, which they have been in since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Specialist at the same company from June 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining BCG BrightHouse, Katie worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for several years. Their roles there included Executive Assistant and Alumni Coordinator from July 2019 to June 2021, Senior Administrative Assistant from January 2018 to June 2019, and Administrative Assistant from September 2015 to December 2017.

In addition, Katie also held the position of Executive Assistant at Stratus Prep from January 2015 to September 2015, and they worked as a Campaign Manager and Editorial Assistant at Socialyte Collective from September 2013 to January 2015.

Katie Lindley completed their education at The University of Georgia. From 2009 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature. In 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the same university, which they completed in 2021.
