Rachel Ferguson

Rachel Ferguson serves as the Head of HR at BCG Expand since March 2017, overseeing strategic and operational HR projects across London, New York, and Singapore within a global consultancy. Prior experience includes roles at Vebnet (part of Standard Life), where responsibilities included leading client delivery projects and managing HR integration, and at Prudential UK, focusing on proposition development and reward consulting. Rachel holds a MA in Mathematics & Astrophysics from the University of Cambridge, is a Chartered MCIPD, and has completed a Financial Planning Certificate.
