Andrea Amerigo Ventura

Andrea Amerigo Ventura serves as a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since September 2016, leading Operations for the IGTI system and playing a core role in the Industrial Goods Practice. Prior to joining BCG, Andrea held various positions at Porsche Consulting from February 2010 to September 2016, including Project Manager and Partner, focusing on strategy implementation, organizational development, sales and operational excellence, and cost reduction programs within the automotive, consumer goods, and luxury sectors. Earlier career experience includes a brief role as a Functional Analyst at Accenture in 2009, specifically working on a system integration project in the banking sector. Andrea holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, complemented by a high school graduation from DSM Deutsche Schule Mailand.
