Ayano Sasaki

Ayano Sasaki is an experienced consultant currently with the Boston Consulting Group since September 2021, having progressed from Associate to Senior Associate. As a co-founder of THE LEADS ASIA, a non-governmental organization aimed at fostering collaboration among young Asian professionals, Ayano has contributed to addressing global issues since May 2020. Ayano's leadership skills were further demonstrated as the One Young World 2019 Japan Ambassador and as a Bai Xian Scholar with the Bai Xian Asia Institute. Previous roles include Founder & CEO of MIRACT, Content Evaluator at Google, and various internships and leadership positions, including Vice President of the 70th Japan-America Student Conference. Academic achievements include a Master's degree from Schwarzman Scholars and a Bachelor of Law from Kyushu University, complemented by studies at The University of Hong Kong.
