Christina Koefoed

Christina Koefoed is an experienced professional currently serving as the Office Lead for the AccessAbility@BCG network in BCG Copenhagen, focusing on creating an inclusive workplace for individuals with various disabilities. With a background in recruiting and employer branding as a Recruiting & Employer Branding Manager and Recruiting Lead at BCG Platinion since September 2017, Christina has contributed to the firm’s growth and client services across technology consulting, architecture, design, and engineering. Prior roles at The Boston Consulting Group include Employer Branding Coordinator and Executive Assistant, alongside earlier positions at Directure, Korn/Ferry International, Estee Lauder, and as Owner and Partner of Chez Elles. Christina holds a Marketing Management degree from Copenhagen Business School, a B.Sc in Business Administration from De Montfort University, and qualifications as a Marketing Economist from Niels Brock.
