Claudia Bruyant Ndege

Claudia Bruyant Ndege is a Partner at Boston Consulting Group, serving public clients and contributing significantly to the Public Sector management team since August 2018. Claudia has held various positions within BCG, including Principal and Project Leader. In addition, Claudia serves as a Board Member of the Diversity Board ('Udvalg for Mangfoldighed') at DI - Dansk Industri and holds the role of Vice Chair at Managementrådgiverne, where efforts focus on enhancing consulting value in Denmark. Prior to BCG, Claudia was the General Manager for the Nordics at Citymapper, overseeing operations in regions such as Copenhagen and Stockholm, and managed recruiting efforts at the company's London headquarters. Claudia's early career includes working as a Project Assistant at Udbudsportalen during studies in Political Science. Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University and two degrees from Københavns Universitet, alongside earlier education from Rungsted Gymnasium.
