David Furlano

David Furlano has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Director for Strategy & Operations at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2019 to June 2023. In this role, David oversees a six-person team focused on five key areas: Data & Reporting, Technology & Enablement, Operations & Process Excellence, Community & Engagement, and People & Organizational Model. Prior to this, David led BCG's Global Services corporate recruitment team, managing a team of nine and delivering over 450 hires annually. Earlier experience includes serving as a Staffing Manager/Recruiter at Creative Financial Staffing, where David matched talent with accounting and finance departments in Boston, and as a Sales Manager at Macy's. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
