Elina Kajosaari is an accomplished project leader currently engaged with the Boston Consulting Group since January 2024. With a diverse background spanning over a decade, Elina has held significant roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at Sulapac Ltd and CEO at Compensate, an impact startup focused on carbon offsetting solutions. Previous positions include Board Member at Xpyro, COO at Avanto Ventures, and Head of Operations at Avaus, where Elina demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, business development, and corporate venturing. Early career experience includes roles at Kiosked, Microsoft, and Conexio Public Relations.
