Fie Kollerup

Fie Kollerup is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since March 2014, with a focus on Nordic recruiting and employer branding. In this role, Fie dedicates efforts to attract and select top consulting talent across various levels, managing the selection process, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with local recruiting teams. Prior to BCG, Fie worked at Hudson Global Resources A/S from July 2008 to February 2014, where responsibilities included supporting recruitment processes as a Research Consultant and Research Assistant. Fie’s early career included roles at Lingtech A/S and Alt4Kreativ, and Fie holds a Cand.merc. degree in Business Communication and a BA in English & Communication from Copenhagen Business School.
