Jesse Gonzales-Smith

Jesse Gonzales-Smith is an incoming Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with prior experience as a Summer Associate at BCG, contributing to pricing and value pilots for a Fortune 100 retail company. Currently a member of Bridging the Gap's Cohort 5, Jesse is engaged in fostering community among diverse business leaders. Jesse has held various internships, including a Labor Relations Strategy Intern at Southwest Airlines, a Software Intern at Pernix Solutions, where assistance was provided in full-stack development, and a Pasante at Prisma Corredora de Seguros CR, performing clerical tasks related to insurance. Additionally, Jesse served as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Computer Science II at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has held leadership positions in Chi Omega, Delta Kappa Chapter. An educational background includes a B.S. in Data Science with minors in English and Software Systems and Business Statistics from UNC Charlotte.
