Leonardo de Lella

Leonardo De Lella is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), with a focus on Energy and Climate & Sustainability practices in Colombia and Argentina since May 2019. Holding deep expertise in Strategy, Organization, and Operations transformation, Leonardo co-led BCG's commitment to Net Zero emissions for the Spanish South America region. Prior to BCG, Leonardo served as Head of Transformation and Chief of Staff at Vista Oil & Gas, where responsibilities included launching company operations, driving strategic initiatives, and leading transformation processes. Additionally, Leonardo has experience at Kearney, Tenaris, Camuzzi Gas, and Edesur, alongside formal education including an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
