Judy Phipps

Judy Phipps currently serves as the Executive Vice President at the BC General Employees' Union (BCGEU) since June 2021. In addition to this role, Judy has been an Administrative Assistant at BCIT - Broadcast and Media Communications since 1999, contributing extensive experience in administrative support within the educational and union sectors.
