Jonathan Rickard

Jonathan Rickard is a board member at BCHA. Jonathan has also worked at BRE Trust, SECBE, Radian Group, Dreweatt Neate, Sutton Griffin Architects, Parkes Lees Rickard, Architects, DLGP, and English Heritage.

Jonathan started their career as an architectural assistant at English Heritage in 1985. Jonathan then moved to DLGP in 1988, where they worked as an architectural assistant until 1992. In 1995, they became a partner at Dreweatt Neate. Jonathan stayed with the company for 13 years before moving to Radian Group in 2008, where they became the head of Radian Build.

In 2016, they left Radian Group to become a non-executive director at SECBE. Jonathan held this position until 2019, when they joined BCHA as a board member.

Jonathan Rickard studied at Thames Polytechnic, where they earned their BA (Hons) in Architecture. Jonathan also studied at Oxford Brookes University, where they earned a DipArch in Architecture. Prior to that, they studied at Launceston College in Cornwall, where they earned their A-levels and O-levels.
