Rachel McMillan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Rachel is currently the Head of Finance at BCHA, where they have been since 2019. Rachel McMillan completed their secondary education at St Peter's School from 1988 to 1995. Rachel then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Bournemouth University from 1995 to 1998.
