Minh Tran

Director, Procurement at BCI

Minh Tran has extensive experience in procurement, contract management, and strategic sourcing. They started their career as a Purchasing Manager at Memory Express Computer Products Inc. in 2002 and worked there until 2008. After that, they moved on to CLINICARE Corporation as a Procurement Lead & Install Coordinator. In 2010, they joined Cloudwerx Data Solutions as a Business Development and Procurement role. Minh then worked at Canadian Pacific Railway as a Sourcing Specialist before joining Suncor Energy in 2012. At Suncor Energy, Minh held various roles, including Senior Contract Manager, Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, and Strategic Sourcing Lead. Currently, Minh is working at BCI as the Director of Procurement.

Minh Tran completed a Level 1 program in Automotive Damage Appraisal at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calgary, which they attended from 1998 to 2003.
