April Lound has worked in various roles in different companies over the years. April started their career in 2006 as a Site Leader - Phlebotomist at Sparrow Health System, where they supervised a team of phlebotomists and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the site. In 2016, they joined Benefit Communication Insourcing as a Sr. Benefits Communication Specialist where they developed and implemented comprehensive communication strategies to educate and inform employees about their benefits options and exceeded daily engagement goals. In 2017, they worked at Generosity Feeds as an Event Facilitator where they coordinated and executed community events and liaised with vendors and service providers to manage event details efficiently.
April Lound received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Davenport University between 2015 and 2017. In August 2016, they obtained a certification in life and health insurance from the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services.
