Lisa Bieberly-Alfaro, PHR, SHRM-CP

Lisa Bieberly-Alfaro, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Lisa began their career in 1992 as a Director and Placement Director at Mission Group of Kansas, where they developed placement goals for graduating students and implemented a process to promote interaction between students, graduates, and employers. Lisa achieved monthly placement records of over 90% and was recognized as a top producer. In 2004, they joined The Eby Group/Bickford Senior Living as a Senior Human Resources Corporate Specialist, where they managed overall recruitment operations, employee retention, and employee relations. In 2011, they joined Benefit Communication Insourcing as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), where they were responsible for developing and executing a progressive talent strategy in alignment with the vision, values and in support of its overall strategic direction. Lisa also served as the HIPAA Privacy Officer, overseeing the privacy and integrity of the company employee's Personably Identifiable information and Protected Health Information.

Lisa Bieberly-Alfaro, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University, where they majored in Journalism and Public Relations and minored in Psychology. Lisa also attended Liberal High School. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Certified Trainer - Managing Workplace Conflict from Mediation Training Institute International in 2008, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2005, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015.
