Janet Richardson

Janet Richardson currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Head of Human Resources at Citizens Inc., a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Janet held various leadership positions at AIT Worldwide Logistics, including Director of Global Talent Management Processes and Sr. Manager of HR Talent, Performance & Change Management from August 2021 to May 2024. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Team Happiness at Intelligent Logistics from January 2016 to September 2021, and Sr. HR Director for the Americas at INC Research from May 2012 to January 2016. Janet began their career at DMN Corporation as Director of Human Resources from November 2007 to May 2012. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from St. Edward's University, and a Bachelor's of Science in Merchandising from The University of Texas at Austin.
