Patricia Tourinho

Patricia Tourinho currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Olist since August 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership from previous roles as People Director and Human Resources Director at enjoei and as a Senior HR Manager at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Patricia has contributed to the field through guest lecturing on critical topics such as Emotional Intelligence and Diversity and Inclusion, and has acted as an executive mentor. With a solid foundation in recruitment and human resource management from Michael Page, Patricia has overseen numerous divisions, enhancing career development and inclusion efforts across diverse industries. Patricia holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
