Nicole Jaklevich has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. Nicole began their career in 2002 as an HR Administrator at Black & Veatch. In this role, they worked with a team of professionals to provide excellent customer service to other Black & Veatch professionals and assisted with benefit related questions and concerns through the HR Info Line. Additionally, they tracked, recorded, and processed tuition reimbursements for the entire company, as well as processed all transfer and compensation changes through EPCN's in PeopleSoft.

In 2006, Nicole moved on to become a Benefits Specialist at Inergy Propane LLCKansas. In this role, they presented benefit and new employee orientations to all newly acquired employees, processed new hire/benefit paperwork and payroll changes for more than 1000 employees timely and accurately using ADP, and efficiently used Report Smith to create daily reports in Excel to process payroll.

Finally, in 2008, Nicole began working as the Director of Data Services and Analytics at Benefit Communication Insourcing. Nicole then moved up to become the Analytics and Data Services Manager, Senior Client Services Manager, and Supervisor of Benefit Communications. In their most recent role, they managed a group of 5-10 employees to train and motivate to meet monthly benchmarks, trained all new and existing Benefit Specialists on client specific benefits, call standards and benchmark requirements, and organized annual open enrollment processes to ensure Benefit Specialists were trained and inbound call volume were adequately covered. Prior to this, they also worked as a Benefits Communication Specialist, in which they developed a detailed understanding and working knowledge of all benefit plans offered through multiple clients, conducted individual and group enrollment meetings with all client employees to fully explain core and voluntary benefits, and completed all necessary paper and electronic enrollments and submit all forms/data to administrator for processing in a timely manner.

Nicole Jaklevich obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix in 2008. Additionally, they have a Health & Life Insurance License.
